Customer Responsibility

millie shower filters are designed for universal compatibility, and are compatible with most shower setups. However, it’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility with their existing system before purchase. If you're unsure whether our products will work with your setup, feel free to reach out, our team is happy to assist. 

What if my product is Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

All millie products are covered under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees your right to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product has a major fault or isn’t as described. If you receive a product that is:

  • Faulty or damaged upon arrival
  • Not functioning as intended (excluding normal wear and tear)
  • Not what you ordered

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery and include a brief description and photos of the issue. We'll assess the situation and let you know if a replacement can be arranged, along with next steps.

What’s not covered?

Our filters and shower heads are designed as consumable wellness tools, so they naturally wear over time. Our warranty does not cover:

  • Natural depletion of filter ingredients over time
  • Use beyond the recommended usage period (2–3 months for filters, 6 months for heads)
  • Issues caused by incorrect installation or misuse

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

  • The item is confirmed to be faulty or defective.
  • The return is the result of a packing or shipping error on our end.

In those cases, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
